My husband and I gave Steve a seemingly impossible task, we wanted to be in a specific town in a very specific 10 block radius. We were renting at the time and willing to wait for the right place. My husband was hesitant to move from NYC so the location was pivotal for the move. Any other agent would’ve given up on us or try to push us in another direction, but not Steve. He worked with us for 2 years. Thinking we found our new home, we entered into a bidding war.
